| Qualifications |

| WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? |

| The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics: |
|
A. 1-2 years of sales experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) and/or Life, Health & Accident (LH&A)
B. Demonstrate an ability to develop trust and credibility easily and quickly
C. Must possess prior insurance industry experience and a proven sales ability to maintain and develop strategic business relationships with current and new clientele.
D. Strong knowledge and understanding of P&C and/or LH&A market with the ability to differentiate between competitors offerings
E. Possess exceptional communication skills |
